By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Detailed By Dylan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not book or use our services.
2. SERVICES
Detailed By Dylan provides mobile detailing services at the location specified by the client at the time of booking. Services are limited to those included in the booked package. Any additional services requested on-site are subject to additional charges.
3. PRICING
All pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and any additional services requested. A minimum 20% surcharge applies to vehicles containing hazardous materials including but not limited to urine, vomit, blood, or feces.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of service. Detailed By Dylan accepts cash, debit, and credit card. A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings. Any declined payment must be resolved within 48 hours or collection proceedings will begin.
5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a $40 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full cancellation fee.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for:
- Removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service
- Ensuring the vehicle and service location are accessible at the scheduled time
- Ensuring the service location is lawful and safe
7. LIABILITY
Detailed By Dylan carries general liability insurance. However, Detailed By Dylan is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, stains, or conditions present before service
- Loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle
- Any damage resulting from conditions outside the scope of normal detailing
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting photos submitted via text or email. All damage claims are limited to the cost of the service rendered.
8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If there is clear evidence that the service was not completed as booked, Detailed By Dylan will return to complete or redo the unsatisfactory portion at no additional charge. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion by phone, text, or email.
9. APPOINTMENT TIMING
Please allow a 30 to 90 minute arrival window for all appointments. Detailed By Dylan will make every reasonable effort to notify the client of any delays.
10. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications via SMS. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailed By Dylan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
Detailed By Dylan reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
